WARRANTY

We designed, developed, and tested our products in order to meet our client’s goals and expectations. However, because all client needs are different, we cannot and do not guarantee that Cool Plugins or our products will work in every environment or be compatible with other plugins, extensions, or themes not developed by us. Our WordPress plugins are purchased “AS IS” and WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY. We hereby disclaim any and all warranty not expressly provided herein, included but not limited to the warranties of MERCHANT-ABILITY and of FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. For most users, we resolve their issues within a day using our premium support service.

LICENSE

– Our WordPress plugins are licensed under the GPL 3.0 – http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-3.0.txt

– Premium plugins contain a license key that will provide access to automatic updates and premium support until it will remain active. If expired then you need to renew your plugin license subscription to grab future updates and premium support.

– License key will be delivered to your email after your order payment confirmation.

– Plugin license can only be activated inside 1 website or as stated inside your order.

– User accounts and product licenses are not transferrable.

– All products are property of Cool Plugins. You may not claim ownership of any of our plugins. We do not allow un-authorize resale of our premium plugins with or without modifications.

SUPPORT & UPDATES

We provide support inside the WordPress support forum for free plugins. If you have purchased a premium plugin license then you will receive premium support within 24-48 hours. You will receive premium support and automatic updates if your plugin license key subscription is active. If expired then you need to renew your premium plugin subscription. REFUND

We provide quality products and services but if you find that something is not resolvable via contacting our support team then you can contact us for a refund within 14 days after purchase. PRIVACY

If you use this website then we may collect some of your device data. We will not collect any of your personal data like name, email, phone number, and credit/debit card details until you submit it via a registration form, comment form, or purchase a premium plugin.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TERMS

We only sell digital items that don’t need physical shipping to a specific address. Our digital product ZIP file will be automatically shared with the customer via their provided email after their payment is complete.

ACCOUNT TERMINATION

Cool Plugins reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account and plugin license without notice due to the following reasons: –

Abusive behavior towards our company, staff, or any other Cool Plugins customer.

Software piracy and illegal activity related to the resale of a plugin with or without modifications.
